I specialize in Long Term Rentals. For a small commission of 10% each month of the gross rent collected, I will manage your investment property, second home or multi family unit. I will pay for advertising, securing a suitable tenant by running credit and background checks, collect rent when due, send you a monthly statement and check, take care of maintenance issues, large and small, always giving you the option to take care of them on your own, meet with maintenance repair people, prepare, file and pay all occupancy taxes, perform bi-annual inspections of the interior of your home and drive-by your property monthly to check that the yard is being taken care of. The only expense to you is for necessary repairs and maintenance.
You are responsible to make all payments to the mortgage company, the County for property taxes and to your insurance company. The County does require that you report to them that you will be renting out your property. I will complete it for you and provide it to you for your signature.
